Does an ice roller really work?
Not only does the roller help to encourage lymphatic drainage, but the cold temperature helps to constrict the blood vessels and further reduce puffiness. It can also help if you have a sunburn or a painful blemish. Plus, facial rollers just feel amazing — especially on a hot day!
How often should i use an ice roller?
Start at the center of your face and work your way outwards, rolling over your cheeks, forehead, chin, and neck. Avoid rolling over your eyes and mouth. You can use it as often as you like, but it’s recommended to use it at least once a day for maximum benefits.
Can i put the ice roller in freezer overnight?
U can always keep it in the freezer and when u need to use it. Step 2 – After freezing overnight or more than 6hrs, take it up and run it under warm water for a minute or let it defrost for about 5mins so as to loosen it up, so I normally have no problem taking the top off.
